(Dolphin Factory 8500 m² – Ocean Factory 6000 m² – Wet Process Area 1500 m² – Dry Process Area 1500 m²)
The monthly production capacity is approximately 380000 pcs of bottoms.

Fabrics Inspection Departments:

  1. Fabric Inspection (4 point system)
    measuring of fabric length and width.
  2. Measuring of fabric shrinkage to control garment sizes.
  3. Separation of fabric shade to control garment color.

  4. We have 2 Fabrics Inspection Machines ‘Oshima’.
